Tyson Fury × Never-Before: Built Before the Belts
From garment design in 2015 to digital management, publishing, Netflix and global Riyadh fight weeks: the long working journey between Tyson Fury and Never-Before.
Long before the global stadiums, Riyadh fight weeks and international campaign rooms, the Never-Before story with Tyson Fury began through clothing. In 2015, Navid Salimian was designing garments for a heavyweight whose personality was already too large for conventional presentation. That creative beginning became the foundation for a working relationship spanning fashion, digital management, publishing, entertainment and some of boxing’s most visible modern events.

Built before the global stage
The origin matters because it explains the way the relationship still works. Never-Before did not arrive after the biggest nights had already happened. Nav learned Tyson’s instincts, humour, audience and appetite for bold ideas while the wider brand was still being formed. The creative work was close, practical and personal.
Fashion and image
Garment design and creative work established the first chapter of the relationship.
Music and publishing
Digital rollout around Sweet Caroline and continued amplification for Gloves Off.
Screen and Saudi Arabia
Netflix campaign assets, Battle of the Baddest and a new international fight-week ecosystem.
Always-on delivery
Digital strategy, campaign distribution and commercial collaboration across global moments.
From creative partner to digital management
As Tyson’s world expanded, the work expanded with it. Never-Before moved from image and design into the daily discipline of digital management: receiving official assets, shaping the publishing rhythm, coordinating stakeholders and making sure Tyson’s own channels carried the right message at the right moment.
That work is rarely one isolated post. It is a connected operation across talent, management, promoters, broadcasters, rights holders, production teams and commercial partners. The responsibility is to protect Tyson’s voice while giving every campaign enough structure to travel.
Selected digital work
Sweet Caroline
Never-Before supported the multi-platform rollout for Tyson’s charity single, coordinating official video, social content and campaign distribution. The release supported men’s mental-health charity Talk Club and reached number one on the Official Singles Sales and Physical Singles charts.
Gloves Off
Publication, audiobook, retail and bestseller moments were amplified across Tyson’s official channels. Penguin identifies the autobiography as a Sunday Times bestseller.
Netflix
Official social assets, trailers and launch moments around At Home with the Furys and Undisputed were coordinated across Tyson’s digital presence with campaign stakeholders.
Fight week
Official asset distribution, channel alignment and on-location content coordination connected Tyson’s audience to the wider event narrative.

Battle of the Baddest
Tyson Fury faced Francis Ngannou in Riyadh on 28 October 2023, opening that year’s Riyadh Season. The General Entertainment Authority’s event record confirms the scale of the occasion and the partnership across Riyadh Season, Queensberry, Top Rank and Ngannou’s promotional team.
Never-Before supported Tyson’s fight-week digital operation and official content distribution inside the wider communications network. The delivery included campaign-asset distribution, publishing, channel alignment and on-location coordination. It is a practical example of the working relationship between Never-Before and Gold Star Promotions: management intelligence, trusted access and digital execution moving together around one global event.

Proof that travels beyond boxing
The strongest talent brands are not restricted to one arena. Sweet Caroline entered music and mental-health advocacy. Gloves Off moved through publishing and audio. Netflix introduced family life and personality to a different global audience. Riyadh Season placed Tyson at the centre of a new entertainment era for boxing.
Across those projects, Never-Before’s role has remained consistent: understand the relationship, connect the stakeholders, protect the talent’s voice and make the moment travel digitally.
“The journey was never one campaign. It was learning how Tyson’s world moves, then growing with it.”Navid Salimian / Founder and Managing Director
